HOW TO GET THE BEST SEATS
Order early and purchase your season tickets before the general public as a Friend, Partner, or Subscriber!
To ensure your seating priority, please place your order by the following dates:
Renewing and new Friends or Partners: July 21
Renewing
and new Full Subscribers: July 28
Renewing and new Mini Subscribers:
August 4
Tickets go on sale to the general public on August 27. Single-performance ticket orders are assigned seats after all Partner, Friend, and Subscriber orders have been filled.
TICKET CONFIRMATION & RECEIPT
We will send you a confirmation notice when we receive your order. If you do not hear from us within two weeks of placing your order, please call 650-725-ARTS (2787) or send an email to ticketorders@stanford.edu. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been processed.
We will make every effort to fill your order as requested. However, because of the nature of performances and venues, we cannot guarantee the same seats for every performance.
DELIVERY OF YOUR TICKETS
Tickets to the July 3rd Celebration will be mailed to you within five business days of receipt of your order by the Stanford Ticket Office. If your order is received seven days or fewer prior to the performance, your tickets will be held at the venue’s will-call window on the performance date.
Friend, Partner and subscriber tickets for the 2006–07 season will be mailed the week of August 29.
Will Call
The will-call window is located in the lobby of the performance venue. Tickets left at will call are available for pickup approximately one hour before the start of the performance. Please be prepared to show a photo ID.
SPECIAL NEEDS & SEATING REQUESTS
Please indicate any special needs or seating requests when you order. If the seating section you requested is no longer available at the time your order is filled, we will seat you in the best available seats in the next lower-priced section. If any performance you request happens to be sold out, we will still fill your order for the remaining performances you requested. Please note that because of the nature of performances and venues, we cannot guarantee the same seats for every performance.
SPECIAL SAVINGS & DISCOUNTS!
Become a Full Subscriber—Save 10%
• Order tickets to your choice of six or more performances and receive 10% off the adult ticket price, as well as other valuable subscriber benefits! The Full Subscriber discount is calculated at checkout.
Stanford Students—Save 50%
• Stanford University students receive 50% off adult ticket prices for all performances. Reduced prices appear on the online order form.
• Order six or more performances and receive an additional 10% off and all Full Subscriber benefits. The Full Subscriber discount is calculated at checkout.
• Limit of two reduced-price tickets per performance with valid Stanford student ID. Be sure to include your ID number on your order form or online.
• IDs will be checked at the door.
• Continuing Studies students are not eligible for Stanford student pricing.
Stanford student reduced-price tickets are underwritten in full by Helen and Peter Bing and the Office of Student Affairs.
Stanford Faculty/Staff—Save 10%
• Order tickets to all performances at 10% off the full price throughout the season. Reduced prices appear on the online order form.
• Limit of two reduced-price tickets per performance per household. Either a red-and-white Stanford ID card or Courtesy Card may be used for purchase. Be sure to include your ID number on your order form or online.
• IDs will be checked at the door.
• Visiting professors and fellows are also eligible for faculty/staff pricing. Please use a Visiting Scholar card in lieu of a red-and-white Stanford ID card.
• Reduced pricing for faculty/staff tickets may not be combined with any other discount.
• Stanford Hospital employees are not eligible for faculty/staff pricing.
Youth—Save 50%
• Youth ages 15 and under receive 50% off adult ticket prices. Reduced prices appear on the online order form.
• Reduced pricing for youth tickets may not be combined with any other discount and does not count towards fulfilling the Full or Mini Subscription requirements.
• All children, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
Non-Stanford Students—Save $3.00
• Students ages 16 and over with a valid high school, college, or university ID receive $3.00 off adult ticket prices. Reduced prices appear on the online order form.
• Limit of one reduced-price ticket per performance with valid student ID.
• Student IDs will be checked at the door.
• Reduced pricing for non-Stanford student tickets may not be combined with any other discount and does not count towards fulfilling the Full or Mini Subscription requirements.
Groups—Save 15%
• Parties of 10 or more people receive a 15% discount per event on purchases made in one transaction.
• Please call the Stanford Ticket Office at 650-725-ARTS (2787) to make arrangements.
• The group discount may not be combined with any other discount and is not valid for the July 3rd Celebration.
