About Us: Volunteer at Lively Arts
Ushers welcoming guests to a Lively Arts performance.
Usher Duties
As an usher you will be required to volunteer for 10 performances throughout the season (evenings and weekends). You should be comfortable interacting with the public in a professional and courteous manner, be a team player, and have an interest in the arts. Usher duties include taking tickets, seating patrons, handing out programs, merchandise/ concession sales, and directing patrons to the proper aisle.
Usher Rewards
After ushering for five events, you will be entitled to two free tickets to any performance that is not sold out in advance. You will also receive an invitation to our festive end-of-season ushers’ party, as well as many other benefits.
Whether you have ushered before or this will be your first time, take advantage of this incredible opportunity to support the arts and work with a great group of campus and community ushers!

Mid-season Usher Orientation will be held on Thursday, January 14, at Memorial Auditorium from 6:00pm—8:30pm. Please RSVP with Bill Starr, house manager, if you will be in attendance.
