Privacy Policy
Stanford Live collects personal contact information to communicate with its patrons about ticket orders and donations, and to share information on artistic and education programs and upcoming events. Ongoing communications include the monthly Stanford Live e-News, e-mailed bulletins on programming changes and other breaking news, and periodic mailed brochures and fliers on Stanford Live programming.
We respect your privacy. Stanford Live does not share patrons’ e-mail addresses or telephone numbers. On occasion, and on a one-time-use basis, Stanford Live exchanges postal mailing lists with other not-for-profit arts organizations whose programming we believe will be of interest to our patrons. Such ”list trades“ enable us to expand our own outreach to like-minded arts patrons, and are an important means of increasing awareness of our programming and pursuing our organizational mission. All such trades are conducted via independent third-party mail houses, which do not retain our patrons’ address information following a mailing—other arts organizations do not directly receive patron contact information from either Stanford Live or the independent third-party mailing houses.
If you would like to verify or modify your personal contact information or your permissions settings, please visit our Modify Account page. (If you are not currently logged in, you will be prompted to do so.)
