     of Tresidder Memorial Union on the Stanford University campus,
     Monday–Friday, 10:00 am–5:00 pm, and Saturday, 12:00 pm–4:00 pm.

Important Dates

Friday, July 17: Season subscriptions go on sale.
Thursday, August 13: Deadline to donate and/or subscribe to be guaranteed advance seating priority over single-ticket-buyers.*
Friday, August 28: Single tickets go on sale to general public.

* While every effort will be made to fill all subscription orders in advance of public sales, only those subscription orders/donations received by August 13 will be guaranteed seating priority before public sales begin.

ticket CONFIRMATION & RECEIPT

For all advance season ticket orders, a confirmation notice will be sent within two weeks of our receipt of your order. If you do not hear from us within two weeks of placing your order, contact the Stanford Ticket Office at 650.725.ARTS. Partner, Friend, and Subscriber advance-sale tickets will be mailed beginning Friday, August 28. For all other orders, tickets will be mailed within five days unless your order is received seven or fewer business days prior to the purchased performance, in which case your tickets will be held at the venue’s will-call window on the performance date.

SPECIAL NEEDS & SEATING REQUESTS

Please indicate any special needs or seating requests when you order. If the seating section you requested is no longer available at the time your order is filled, we will seat you in the best available seats in the next lower-priced section. If any performance you request happens to be sold out, we will still fill your order for the remaining performances you requested. Please note that because of the nature of performances and venues, we cannot guarantee the same seats for every performance.

SPECIAL SAVINGS & DISCOUNTS!

Full Subscribers—Save 10%
Order tickets to your choice of six or more performances and receive 10% off the adult ticket price, as well as other outstanding benefits.

Youth—Save 50%
Youth ages 18 and under receive 50% off the adult price.

Stanford Students—New This Year—All Tickets Just $10!
• All currently enrolled Stanford University undergraduate, graduate, and post-doctoral students can now purchase tickets to all Lively Arts shows for a flat price of $10. SU students are assigned best available seats at the time of purchase.
• Limited to one ticket per performance. Valid Stanford student ID is required to enter the venue. Continuing Studies students are not eligible for Stanford student pricing. $10 tickets may not be combined with any other discount.
We gratefully acknowledge the support of Helen and Peter Bing and the Stanford Institute for Creativity and the Arts (SiCa), underwriters of reduced-price tickets for Stanford students.

Stanford Faculty/Staff—New This Year—Save 20%
• We’ve doubled the discount: Faculty, staff, visiting professors, and fellows now save 20% on full-price tickets to all performances throughout the season with valid ID.
• Limited to two reduced-price tickets per performance per ID. Valid Stanford ID card or a Courtesy Card is required to enter the venue. New This Year: Stanford Hospital employees are eligible for faculty/staff pricing.

Non-Stanford Students—Save $3.00/strong>
• Students ages 19 and over with a valid high school, college, or university ID receive $3.00 off adult ticket prices.
• There is a limit of one reduced-price ticket per performance per valid student ID.

Groups—Save 15%
A 15% discount is available for groups that purchase 10 or more adult tickets to a single performance in one transaction. Please go online or call the Stanford Ticket Office at 650.725.ARTS to make arrangements. Discounted tickets may not be combined with other special offers.
